Nougat from Tomi-san! (D.BARBERO)

My mum (Tomi-chan) sent me a box of nougat from Japan.  (actually it is from Italy, though )..     She found it in the magazine called "Katei-gaho" which introduces many fancy products! 

These nougats taste full of Hazel nuts and is not too sweet! Even though each candy costs $2.00 (expensive!), it may be worth a try! Even though I think it is not so special, Winnie and I have already finished half of the box.




[Winnie says: Unlike Keiko, I actually liked this Torrone nougat despite not liking the texture of nuts in general. A delicate hazelnut flavor was infused within the sugar, egg white and honey mixture; a nice touch I find lacking in other hazelnut nougats. Even after ingestion, the nutty fragrance of the noisettes lingered on my palate. Molto Bene!]
